While in PA, I stayed with Richard and Teresa at their home in Media, PA.
We made a day trip to visit Independence Hall, birthplace of the Declaration of Independence and the U.S. Constitution, and the Liberty Bell. The tour guide was excellent, giving a real sense of what it would have been like to have been in those rooms in 1776.
Visited our old Faun Road house in Wilmington, Deleware, where Quinn and Adam were born. Also visited the church Linda and I were married in and the house Linda grew up in.
Finally, Richard and I snuck off to Brandywine State Creek Park to play a little disc golf. Throwing one into the rough is brutal. That’s Richard wading through the brush looking for one of my wild throws.
