DeCamp.org Relaunch

For the last several years, DeCamp.org has been dormant, except for the Mirimar computer club’s use of the Sys/Net Admin forum.  But after trying Twitter, Flickr, Facebook, and other social networking sites, I’ve decided to refocus the DeCamp.org site as a more traditional blog.  The new site should make it easier for me to share pictures, files, and opinions.

When I was researching for a new anchor and rode for Serenity, there wasn’t a good consolidated source to help select appropriately sized components.  Because I like to visualize these types of problems, I created the attached spreadsheet to evaluate the relative sizes of rope, chain, and shackles for use in a rode system.
